As the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy for our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the IT department, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology into our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems.
Lead and mentor a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage IT budgets and resources effectively, optimizing costs while delivering high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into business processes.
Ensure the security and integrity of our data, systems, and networks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus (optional).
Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) in a senior IT leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in areas such as network infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
